Mannu Crane Services operates under the name of Mannu Crane Service, providing crane rental and operational services within Delhi and nearby regions. By using our services, you agree to comply with all the terms mentioned in this document. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Our services include crane rental and operation for loading, unloading, and other related activities as per customer requirements. All services are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
Mannu Crane Services will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the safe handling of goods during crane operations. However, we are not responsible for any damages during loading and unloading. Customers are advised to supervise the process to ensure their satisfaction.
All service requests should be made in advance, specifying the nature of the job, location, and required time. Last-minute changes may be accommodated at our discretion and subject to additional charges.
Payment for our services must be made in full as per the agreed-upon terms before the commencement of work, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Additional charges may apply for extended hours, additional tasks, or unforeseen circumstances.
While we ensure professional operation of our cranes, Mannu Crane Services shall not be liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. Any equipment malfunction will be addressed promptly, but downtime will not constitute grounds for liability on our part.
Cancellation of services must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a refund, if applicable. Refunds will be processed as per our company policy.
All disputes are subject to the Delhi jurisdiction only.
